The host was very welcoming! Stayed there over Thanksgiving and a fuse went out and she took care of it that morning. She was also very receptive to messaging almost responding within the hour of message being sent.

When you rent a home in Buffalo NY in November you should make sure the utilities work. We had no hot water and no central heat. We relied on electric space heaters and a mini split heat pump. Didn’t keep the whole house warm. Did I mention No Hot Water! Texted owner/manager Saturday about the central heat but didn’t find out about the hot water until Sunday. Never got a response. 500 per night was a rip off
