**Cozy Casa** has been completely renovated and newly furnished to a high standard. With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, this charming and inviting villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults.

Located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Cumana, the property is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Oranjestad and Aruba’s international airport. The nearest beach, Surfside Beach, is only a few minutes away and offers a variety of beach bars and restaurants. One of our personal favorites, Barefoot Aruba, is located here as well. The world-famous beaches of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach can be reached within approximately 10 minutes by car. Within walking distance, you’ll find a well-stocked CMart supermarket featuring an extensive selection of groceries and fresh produce.

The villa features a spacious covered porch with a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table for six, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors while overlooking the private pool. The property is surrounded by a generous tropical garden with ambient lighting, lush landscaping, and excellent privacy. Guests can relax by the private swimming pool on comfortable sun loungers under a parasol. For outdoor dining and entertaining, both a built-in charcoal BBQ and a portable gas BBQ are available.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished with two king-size box-spring beds and one queen-size box-spring bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, providing access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and other streaming services. The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, and two of the bedrooms feature dedicated workspaces with desks.

The villa offers two modern bathrooms, both equipped with walk-in showers, toilets, and vanities. One bathroom features a double vanity, while the other has a single vanity. Both showers provide hot water, and a hairdryer is available for guests’ convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a six-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. It is stocked with a comprehensive selection of cookware, tableware, glassware, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and a safe. The villa is equipped with a security alarm system and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Inside, the spacious living room features a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV connected to cable television, offering local, Dutch-language, and international channels.

For a perfect day at the beach, guests can make use of the beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. Luxury oversized beach towels are also provided.
