Great location in a residential area, only 5 minutes drive to Eagle Beach, 3 minutes drive to Ling and Sons(supermarket) and 5 minutes drive to Super Foods(supermarket). We recommend you to rent a car or you can use taxis, you cannot walk to the beach. However, Aruba is an island where you want to have a car, there are a lot of attractions and beaches to explore.
Air conditioner and large flat TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room with a choice of Fire TV stick, cable TV and XBOX ONE and 360 gaming systems. We have high speed internet with outstanding indoor and outdoor coverage. You will have available an outdoor Bluetooth speaker and a projector to use outside for movie nights, you can watch from the pool or patio .
For beach, we have towels, chairs, our state of the art windproof umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers and kids toys.
We have one King size bed in the master bedroom and one Queen size bed in one other bedroom. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds that can be joined together and an additional Ikea Vallentuna sleeper that transforms into a 3rd twin bed.
Our kitchen is equipped with an induction range that is both safe and cooks fast, range hood, integrated microwave, oven and dishwasher. Everything is electric, so you don't need to worry about unsafe gas stoves. We have several small appliances like an Instapot cooker, toaster, blender, mixer and coffee grinder.
A large covered patio (46 square meters/500 square feet) offers you an ample lounging area with comfortable cushions and a dining table. It will keep you away from the sun while still enjoying the wonderful Aruban breeze. Our luxurious IPE deck, an additional area of 16 square meters/180 square feet with antiskid ridges provides space for tanning on our loungers and access to the pool. You can also move our loungers out of the sun on the patio.
Our pool (1.2 m/48 inches height of water) is great either for lazy lounging with a drink or dance under the stars. The pool bench serves as a bar for the pool and is an additional safety feature for families with small kids. Our newly installed pool ladder features 4 steps, so you don't need to pull yourself up. The steps are also at an angle not vertical, so it is easier for any age to go in/ go out of the pool.

The area is very safe and paved roads and landscape were installed by the city. The house is equipped with an alarm system monitored by a security company for your complete piece of mind.
Our villa is very private, the fence is over 2.8 m /9.5 feet high , the pool is tucked away between lush plants and palm trees and nobody else can have a peek into the backyard/ patio.
We put a lot of care when we designed the house. Hot water for the showers, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, mosquito nets and games for both adults and kids are some of the additional amenities that we offer.
