The pictures are different than the actual.property. Very limited amenties provided. No microwave. The pool.and room.were clean, however my room was extremely outdated. My sink was made of concrete cement, which added a little authentic charm. I was informed they were out of clean towels and needed to wait 2 days until someone would give me more towels. The woman who checked me in only spoke Spanish, which I understood some of, however a lot of information was missed. The neighborhood is kind of sketch, however I felt pretty safe most nights walking to nearby establishments. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown Oranjasted. There were some nearby food and shopping options. It was pretty quiet most days.

While the rooms themselves were decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The bathroom locks were broken, and the shower area lacked a door. Additionally, the shower glass was completely transparent with no way to ensure privacy, which was quite disappointing.

It was clean, pretty quiet and I think the rooms looked really nice. The property manager and housekeeper were extremely friendly and that alone makes me look forward to staying here again.

Room was clean, check in was easy but my favorite part was how sweet Irma I wish I would’ve brought extra cash to tip her so if you’re reading this bring her a nice gift ! I also loved the fact that I had to check out to go to another hotel and she let me stay in the lobby until it was time to go such a sweet lady, I loved my stay and I will definitely back only thing I would suggest this hotel is to have water or snacks on standby I would’ve stayed another night but it was booked ! So unfortunately had to stay somewhere else but this hotel was super peaceful and relaxing for an affordable price I definitely would recommend

Safe, basic,inexpensive downtown option. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. I walked to the marina daily for scuba diving. The room had concrete floors, countertops and sinks.. Decent beds and TV. No bar or restaurant on site. Past it’s heyday. For a 72 year old solo traveler it was Okay.

This property was the worst I’ve ever been! They have ROACH, there isn’t any quality customer service. We needed towels and they gave us a hard time. The shower faucet was broken in so many areas! The shower had MOLD. The towels they provided had holes. Everytime we reach out the the hotel owners management they didn’t do anything to accommodate us other than make excuses and give us attitude. I hate this place and don’t recommend. Looked nothing like the picture. And they have fake reviews onlinw

I enjoyed the quietness of the property, and the security it provided. Everyone was great with the communication and Ms. Irma is a gem. I would recommend if you are staying here to get a rental as sometimes taxis aren’t available and it is a few minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

La experiencia fue bonita, el hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, sin embargo, las fotos que aparecen en Expedia no muestran el estado actual del hotel, y esto deja mucho que desear. La infraestructura se ve vieja y deteriorada; le falta mucho mantenimiento. La atención por parte de doña Irma fue muy cordial y siempre estuvo atenta. La habitación estuvo limpia y ordenada. No nos gustó el hecho de que el lavamanos es muy pequeño y no había mucha luz en la habitación.

The property’s location was convenient, just a short walk from the shopping street and close to the beach. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a wood paneled room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions as a seasoned traveler. I felt very safe there and would definitely recommend it.
