We paid extra to upgrade to ocean view, but the view is too far and not worth paying extra, we should have kept the partial view instead. The hotel is very clean and the staff are cordial and kind.

The resort is beautiful and Eagle Beach is amazing! The only drawbacks are that there are limited dining options around the hotel and there arent a lot of attractions in walking distance.

This was my first time in Aruba and the hotel was great. Clean, nice staff, very accommodating, and they even upgraded our room with complimentary champagne when my partner told them we were recently engaged. Pools were nice, but the jacuzzi couldve been warmer. Overall, a very pleasant stay 😊

The room and property brand new Service is good But there are things that didnt made this 5 stars vacation For example, i set the sign to clean the room at 8 am and it wasnt cleaned till 15 when i called them several times to clean the room Another example is that we didnt had wifi for 1 day And there is no bellmen service until 7 am , so if you need to leave eraly, then you should be the bellmen which isnt expected in 5 stars

The hotel was simply excellent. The facilities, the service, the rooms, the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area and on a very popular beach. Everything was really convenient. The only thing I missed was that the hotel doesn't have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel isn't really far from the airport, so it's a shame we had to take a taxi that cost us a lot of money. I think for the amount of money we pay for the hotel, it makes sense to have transfers.
