The open-plan living room is thoughtfully furnished with a large TV, two chairs, a sofa-bed with a double-size mattress, a 4-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen complemented by two barstools. Noteworthy amenities include two coffee machines - a standard drip system and a Nespresso (bring your own Nespresso pods). The entrance hallway leads to a convenient half bathroom, and a washer and dryer are also at your disposal.

The primary bedroom presents a king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, a chair, balcony access with tropical views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This condo provides you with 1,355 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps maximum 4 guests.

On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
