My wife and I initially booked this unit in May 2025. At the onset, we had prompt responses from the host and all of our questions were answered. That seemed to waver after we firmed up our reservation in January 2026 and by the end of our stay there was limited or no response. I was also quite surprised that there was no information directory in the unit (to answer the simple questions like what to do with your garbage and what is the lock code for the laundry room) and no glass around pool.The entire unit is lit with ceiling mounted task lighting, which works very well in the kitchen and living room area, but not so well in the bedroom and bathroom areas. There are no reading lamps in the bedrooms and bathroom lighting is lacking for shaving (in my opinion).Also, the laundry room advertises four machines (2 washers and 2 dryers), but only one of each works. In discussions with guests and this is an ongoing issue.The nicest feature of this property is the outdoor pool and we utilized it almost every day. The outside kitchen area is also very well done (BBQ, wet bar, stools) and is well stocked with utensils, although some of the pool furniture is showing signs of age. The unit is conveniently located close to shopping, Eagle beach (10 minute walk) and the bus stop is a couple of minutes away.
