We had a great stay, Danny was super helpful. Pool was clean, our room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was really friendly! Plenty of room for my wife and 2 kids. Our tip would be to rent a car to get around to beaches and restaurants!

Bed sheets had some stains. There wasn't enough towels and bed sheets were thin. Staff were rude about getting more toilet paper because they only gave one roll of toilet paper. They did allow us to check in earlier but make sure not to book a trip here specifically when there is a holiday because they are closed and most places are closed as well like Convenience stores.

It was in a good location. Not far from the airport. I had buy dish soap and wash the dishes they didn't look clean. The microwave didn’t work. I enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. It was ok for the price.

Pros: The lodge was decent, clean and accessible to all amenities in Aruba! It’s literally 5 minutes away from the airport and everything you need is about 5 minutes in proximity driving. The check in process was easy, the area is safe. You get a key to lock the gate when you come and leave. They use an honor system when it comes to that. There’s a beautiful pool as soon as you enter the lodge and there is free parking. Also you get a stove and fridge with dishes and cutleries for your convenience. Cons- we did t have any room service. We had to keep asking for things that should be available. Example: we had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper, but had room service come, they would’ve seen that it’s needed. Someone stole the baby’s bathing suit. There was not much attention to customer service, the hole thing seemed transactional with little to no human contact. Overall it’s an 8/10. They need to do better with customer service and attention to details and common needs of the guest. Thanks for having us.
