Everything was just ok, I would have rated the hotel terrible on one reason No Hot Water! I ran it for 20 minutes and there was no Hot Water! Very disappointing would have complained but I was on a business trip and only slept in Hotel.

Clean room, nice accomodations overall. Very strict with breakfast buffet, my 13 and 10 year old grandkids couldn't eat until an adult came in, adult daughter couldn't wear slipper socks, had to go back to put on shoes. We were otw to a funeral and weren't in the mood for all the extra drama from kitchen staff.

Everything was fine except the King size bed in our room. Mattress felt like it was wore out 10 years ago. Very lumpy, you could feel the springs. Told management when I checked out and they said would have maintenance check it out (??). My guess is, in the last 10 years, several guest have mentioned that and were probably given the same answer.

We like this location and have stayed here several times. We travel with our service dogs and this location has a nice outdoor area that is well lit at night for potty breaks. ***PLEASE NOTE…this hotel is NOT pet friendly. We will often seek out pet friendly facilities as a first option when we travel and this location comes up in the search. However upon arrival there’s a sign on the door that reads service animals only. I only mention it as a heads up. Our first stay we had prepaid for our room and if our dogs were not service animals we would have been in a bad situation as it was late when we arrived and would have had no place to go. Otherwise this is a great location and place to stay for us on our travels up and down I-95!

The gym needs a complete makeover! There were 2 machines a bike and a treadmill. The bike was broken and the treadmill faulty. Both machines were home equipment and not suitable for a hotel. The gym should not be considered a fitness center. The breakfast was good, needs more protein variety for folks that don't eat pork but it was good. The room was clean, bathroom needs to be upgraded and my sink my leaking.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable, great pillows. A chocolate chip cookie from the lobby was very nice to have. I got in late and was very tired. Great little refrigerator too. For the price you could not go wrong! Lady at the desk was definitely pleasant. She gave me a first floor room also to make me comfortable as I was alone.
