We originally booked with a different VRBO listing we made 6 months ago and they cancelled unexpectedly the night before we were to checkin. The VRBO people found this place for us as a replacement at the very last minute. The host was very accommodating and very helpful at our time of need. The place was decorated nicely and clean. We had a nice stay. Would recommend!!

House was okay. Definitely dont feel it is worth the price. It was pretty clean but there were definitely some areas of concern. When I went to cook dinner, the pots and pans were dirty. I had to scrub, and I mean SCRUB them clean. Then the stove doesn't work properly. Spent over an hour cooking spaghetti bc not all of the eyes work. We also ended up having to deal with a few palmetto bugs as well. The front door also doesn't feel secure when it is closed, even though there is a code lock on the door. Also for the price, we would expect a larger TV in the living room, and other basic(in my opinion) things, like a water filter, working ceiling lights and fans. Theres definitely some things that they should update for the price.
