Welcome to our renovated villa in Orange, just minutes from the town center. Nestled amidst fields, it offers a peaceful and welcoming setting, ideal for families or groups seeking tranquility, comfort, and sunshine. The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is arranged over several levels. On the first floor: a master suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and separate toilet, as well as a second bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet. On the second floor: two bedrooms with double beds, a small bedroom with two single beds, a shared bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large terrace with a relaxation area. On the first floor, you will find a bright living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a reading or games area, and a laundry room with a washing machine, clothesline, and cleaning supplies. Outside, you'll enjoy a large garden with a private 12-meter swimming pool, a large dining table, an electric griddle, sun loungers, shaded areas, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court with boules provided. Amenities include pool maintenance (once a week if needed), hotel-quality bed linen, bath towels, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and easy parking. A cleaning fee of €200 applies. We live next door: discreet but available if needed, and happy to share our local tips. To ensure a peaceful setting, parties and events are not permitted. In Orange, discover the UNESCO-listed Roman Theatre, the triumphal arch, and the Saint-Eutrope Hill Park with its panoramic views. In summer, don't miss the Chorégies d'Orange, a renowned opera and classical music festival held in the Roman Theatre.
