*Non smoking*. Our studio this an duplex unit in quite neighborhood within 5 minutes drive to all groceries in town , restaurants, orange stark museum, shangri la, I-10, Starbucks and more . It is beautiful update inside out and has everything you need to make it your home away from home . New, roomy inside 1-3 quest stay comfortably. -Dog under 30lbs permitted with $50 fee (1 max). Fee are separate from booking and must pay before check in . We require monthly cleaning for longer months stay $40 cash .

This home located in a small town with a big heart . Our studio is really good size and room with everything you need to get settled comfortably weather you are here while on a job or visit .We keep price more affordable . Please help us by turn light off when not use , water off when not using, A/c off when check out . Guess will share washroom and back area with some outside furniture. Surveillances cameras on the out of property for safety.

I do not recommend this property -

The place was listed as 2 bedrooms. It is only a one room space. We need 2 bedrooms. I contacted the owner NOT asking for money back or even discount. All I wanted was for them list it properly as a 1 bedroom, so others don’t have a married couple and a single guy all sleeping feet from each other like we had to do. The owner was rude, and argumentative. I can not imagine if we had a problem and had needed assistance. The room was pretty clean and very useable. We rented for 3 nights, but we did leave after the 2nd night. I’m sure if you don’t need any privacy, this place will do, but I do not recommend for 3 people unless you don’t need any private space.
