We have stayed here before at the back of the property & it was quiet & spacious. This time we were at the front & it was very noisy, between the main road & the thin room door we heard other guests coming & going all hours. Not a restful stay at all

Location and parking were great. Our room was renovated and looked really nice but the shower water leaked underneath the shower screen so the bathroom was flooded and the sink didn't drain. On the saturday night drunk guests were making a lot of noise between 3-4.30am.
