I can see how some people would give this hotel bad reviews but I’m not a super picky person. This hotel is in a good location and that’s all that really mattered to me. I would kindly suggest management do some small overhauling of certain things such as lighting and updated phones in rooms as well as providing a mini fridge and microwave. Otherwise I enjoyed our stay and staff was kind and helpful. Extra shout out to the female working Sunday 2/15 in the morning. She is an excellent addition to your team.

There’s not sufficient staff in the evenings. Took over 30 min to get a room key after pre check in. The room key was not working and had to wait in line another 2 times. Was continuing to get my card got the rook I had already paid for. Rooms were not in good condition. Curtains couldn’t close, doors were difficult to close. Ice machine didn’t work in our floor.

The breakfast was OK. The first room they try to put us in was really dirty. Beds were not made. Then they moved us to a room upstairs we go to Disneyland come back around midnight. Keys did not work front office guy wanted my information, but I left everything in the room. All I had was on me was my phone. We asked for the rooms to be clean never was cleaned. Wanted to clean it the last day they knocked on our door to eight in the morning and then just walked in.

Need to make sure u dont leave just a little bit of tolite paper on rolls or else leave xtra roll in room.also your breakfast should include sugar free drinks..or black tea..i didnt have anything to drink..no sugar free jelly or anything for diabetics
