Great value for a Disneyland trip. Loved the free shuttle and free self-parking. Disneyland now charges $40 for parking per day.

We enjoyed the shuttle and our driver David when he took us to the parks. We were disappointed in no maid service for the first 4 days and we had to ask her to clean our room or empty garbages. Only had that done one day. We thought that the rooms would have fridges and microwaves but did not. Seen some in the hallway but didn’t know if they were broken or needed to ask for them and we had already bought a cooler. Our room was very dark and the carpet needs to be replaced. I thought the hotel had been renovated already but found out it was happening in Nov maybe? Also didn’t see in the site that the hot tub was broken and under repair and the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. Overall we had a good time and it was a place to sleep. It was quiet and I think will be much better once renovated. Never really had any interactions with hotel staff but the ones we did were super nice.

They did not have rooms ready even though it was like 4pm when I triwdto check in and at some point I feel scared of the room wasn't going to be properly clean but it was clean, the breakfast was so stale you can tell everything was very low quality as far as non packaged food like the eggs, the toast, the bagels but I do like that the hotel offers a shuttle to Disneyland and from Disneyland back to the hotel even late at night that was a big thing in game changer for me. The room was very clean but the bits are too soft and the AC worked properly.

Not health breakfast at all. Staff were brutal to get service. Lack of staff and asked 4 times for the too To be cleaned. Only did the last day we were there. Teenagers sleeping in the hallways many complaints from other guests as well. Was one of the worst stays I ever had.

I was definitely fool by the photos on the listing. Don't stay here, walking towards the room we noticed the hallway carpet was dirty with stains and much need of replacement or cleaning. When we arrived to out room we noticed the entry way filthy with no kind of effort given towards cleanliness. As we entered the room we got hit with this stench in the room, greasy bathroom floors, old linen on the beds and worn out towels that need replacement. We only soent one night there and decided to drive home because we couldn't bare to sleep another night in that room. I literally throw up with the stench in that room. Please check the reviews before booking. Owner or management will post a thank you response amd will assure you they'll look into it but this room was horrible!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The photos are deceiving and the free Disneyland shuttle is used to draw you in. We walked in and the first “non-smoking” room assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were traveling with a 1 year old so had to request a room change. When we got to the second room, it was filthy, stained, still smelled like cigarettes, and the “ double queen” room was more like a double twin bed room. We immediately knew we could not stay here. Once we walked back downstairs to ask for a full refund, a person under the influence of some substance was roaming the lobby area. We were in and out of this MOTEL in less than an hour. Other families were also following suit and checking out before they even unloaded their belongings. For your safety, pay a little extra and choose a different hotel.

We stayed for a weekend trip to Disneyland. The shuttle was great with no other stops. The bagels and orange juice were the highlights for breakfast. Frozen waffles and no name cold cereal available. The staff was very nice and helpful, lobby area and grounds were nice safe and kept up. The elevator ran smoothly and the hotel was quiet. The rooms and hallways are old and need keeping and maintenance like new molding paint and carpet. The beds were comfortable and they brought us in a portable refrigerator for baby’s milk. A crib was available but you should notify of both requests in advance or asap. It is not walkable to Disney but as mentioned they have a shuttle. There are plenty of nearby restaurants shopping and fast food within a few blocks.

The rooms were clean but outdated- headboard and carpet worn. The air conditioner worked fine. There were a variety of breakfast items and the staff were very friendly. Overall, the stay was fine, it included shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers.

Room upgrades were done poorly. It’s like they didn’t want to hire quality painters or HVAC company. I was nervous about it being along the freeway but you really don’t hear it from inside the room. Complimentary breakfast was good & the check in ahead of time made it very convenient upon arrival.
Must have touched something up here but no effort to blend it all in

First room assigned’ was a joke. The key wouldnt work at all! The building smells dirty - the floors the carpet the inside is just smells. When I told them the key they gave me wasn’t working’ the lady in the front said oh sorry we've been having trouble with that room and key’ which I said and you still bothered to give it to me!? Already sounds unsafe - they gave us another room’ and once settled in which was late’ the remote control wasnt working at all ‘ it needed batteries! THEN THE WHOLE FREAKING NEIGHBORHOOD WENT DARK. WE HAD NO ELECTRICITY AT ALL. They didn’t even bother to check on us and everything was pitch black. I never ever should’ve paid for this room. They should’ve gave me my money back! This was a horrible stay.
