Disappointed

The jetted tub wouldn't hold water and the 14th floor hot tubs were closed. Called before booking to confirm they had shuffleboard as indicated on one picture but they did not. Would have booked elsewhere had I been golf that. Too much of a hassle to go anywhere with the parking garage and it wasn't that crowded. hadn't been mopped so felt
