• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

My family and I had a great stay here! The condo was clean and a nice size! The resort was great and offered a lot for everyone! If any families are wondering, the master closet is large enough or a pack n play or two! We will be back!

September Family Getaway

Everything was excellent except for one thing, every time the washing machine went to the spin cycle it would get off balance & start jumping & making a loud noise. I reported it to our host. They offered to get it repaired but we were good without it and I told them they could repair it after we left. This condo was just as advertised. We had a great family vacation.

Beautiful facility. Plug in air fresheners were overwhelming. Unplugged for our stay. A couple plugs in master br did not work, we just unplugged the lamps and used those plugs. Would be good to replace big frying pan with Teflon coming off. Everything else was top notch. 5 stars all the way!
