The Space: Cozy beachfront studio (sleeps 2) featuring a king bed, 2 recliners, flat-screen TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped granite kitchen. Step out onto your furnished private balcony for stunning, direct views of the Gulf.

Resort Amenities: 4 community pools, seasonal Sugar Shack snack bar, and on-site security.

Times & Parking: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 PM. Includes 1 parking pass (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).

House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, smoking (unit or balcony), or loud parties.

Perfect stay

This studio unit since being remodeled is perfect. If a studio unit is what you are looking for this is the one . The view is great, easy beach access. Our stay was flawless. The wife and I have stayed at this complex at least 10 times now and have never been disappointed, we love that the complex is smaller and only has 3 stories. Highly recommend the banana daiquiris at the sugar shack

Excellent week in Sugar Beach 243

We have stayed at Sugar Beach numerous times and this condo tops the list for studio’s. The extra time spent adding different storage areas to keep clothes, etc. is a game changer. The walk in shower was a fantastic addition. We always love the Gulf Front, and this did not disappoint. If a studio will fit your needs, then you can’t go wrong here. Our only complaint was that we had to leave. Thanks for the time spent updating this condo.
