There was work being done on the property that we were not made aware of until after we booked. The balcony was wrapped in plastic, there was grinding on concrete, noisy and dusty, the elevators were being repaired. The unit itself has a weird smell like they were covering up a musty smell. We were both coughing and congested while in the unit. It was a good location and had been recently repainted and was clean.

We wanted a place that was direct access to beach. This condo totally fit the bill. The ocean view was an added plus! Some reno was going on at the comple. during the stay, but for the most part we were at the beach. Overall, would return to this unit.

The condo was clean but many cosmetic issues. Loose electrical outlets, the dishwasher was not restrained to the counter as it should be, hot water heater was small resulting in minimal hot water.

We were steps from the beach, the place was so clean which is the most important thing to me.The place was quiet and our kids had a great time. The host communicated quickly with us when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!
