In the living room, walls of glass flood the space with natural light and showcase panoramic Gulf views. Gather on the huge comfy sectional and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV, curl up with a favorite beach read, or pull out the stools under the coffee table to play games.

Open to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, white appliances, and expansive Corian countertops, plus a separate wet bar with an ice maker and stereo system. Crank up the tunes while you prep post-beach snacks and drinks, or relax at the huge breakfast bar where there’s seating for three. When it’s time for meals or game nights, the Gulfview dining table is the place to gather with enough seating for six guests.

After busy beach days, retreat to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, each with hotel-style linens, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. The luxurious primary suite has a King bed and French doors leading to the dining area and the Gulf views beyond, plus a spacious ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, and shower with dual shower heads. The two guest bedrooms have a King bed and two full beds. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the living room, so this home easily accommodates up to 10 guests.

Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony is the best spot in the house. Located directly above the white-sand beach and Phoenix West’s incredible Gulf-front pools, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the emerald water that you’ll have to see to believe. There’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space and a six-person outdoor table for al fresco dining. You’ll never want to leave.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
