Travelocity did not hold our reservation at the condo. We traveled 8hrs. Got there at 9:30 pm and was told we didn’t have a condo. Then stayed on a call with Travelocity reps for 2.5 hrs. Finally had to just drive to a Hilton Garden Inn, wheee the lady told us she had been trying to get us checked in but the rep was telling her to increase the price so he could make more money.

Red Awning Sucks

The management company Red Awning Totally Left me High and Dry. Canceled the Reservation Made on Tuesday (that I was told was confirmed) On Friday afternoon on a Holiday weekend at a Beach destination. I think if there was a problem with the reservation though you guys it could have been noticed on Tuesday. I had to scramble and majorly overpay for a Room before my flight left the next morning.

Cute, clean condo close to shops and restaurants! Check in and out was super easy. Too cold for outdoor swimming or the beach so the indoor pool was awesome! Perfect getaway!
