Phoenix on the Bay Unit 1513 is a stunning three-bedroom, three-bath condo that sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The third bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.

The spacious living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sectional sofa, an additional recliner, and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the expansive balcony. The dining area seats eight, with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar for extra seating. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a separate bar area with a sink and beverage fridge, perfect for entertaining.

This beautifully decorated condo features carpeted bedrooms and hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the space. The large balcony offers plenty of plush patio furniture and overlooks the lazy river and the bay, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. With its high-end finishes and welcoming atmosphere, this condo truly feels like home.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
