Phoenix on the Bay Unit 1222 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, a double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom and full on top. The living room also features a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Enjoy stunning views of Terry Cove, Robinson Island, and Perdido Pass. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room fill the space with natural light. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with additional seating, and a dining table that accommodates 6-8 guests.

For entertainment, each room and the living room include flat-screen smart TVs. An additional bar area with a sink and beverage fridge is perfect for entertaining. Step outside to cool off in the swimming pools or relax on the white sand beach for some fun in the sun.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
