The location is great, but when we arrived the whole condo was soaking wet with condensation. The fridge was drenched in water on the outside from it sweating and the floors were soaked and had to be constantly mopped, my toddler slipped and fell on the wet floors multiple times. It smelt like mold and must, the rugs being constantly wet from the condensation made the smell worse. We had to set the AC to Auto and at 69 for the place to dry up. I would recommend the property managers not leave the condo set at 75 when it is not filled, it makes for a very wet, stinky environment. There was obvious mold growing on the ceilings. We had a lady bring us a grocery order and she walked in to drop off the groceries and the first thing she said was it smells like mold in here. The place has a lot of potential if the condensation and mold problem was fixed.
