This unit was clean, beautifully decorated and had a perfect view of the Gulf of America. The balcony furniture was perfect to lay out and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The bed is extremely soft and at first I was worried, but I actually slept really well. The first day our shower was not draining. I called the management company and they had someone out within an hour and had it resolved. Otherwise the shower and bathroom is very nice. The only reason it was given less than 5 stars is the layout. The bedroom is at the front door and next to the next units door. When we arrived the owners were renovating and had a saw outside our bedroom window. While we were worried that it would be disruptive to our quiet getaway, they were respectful and didn't run it during odd times. The unit they were renovating is a 3 bed/2 bath. When rented out, I'm sure it will be quite active. So having the only bedroom at the front hallway/door is not ideal. While we were there the elevators did malfunction. There are two and at least one was out during the week we were there. Having 14 floors, this made coming and going a little frustrating. This location is a great location for families looking for a vacation as there were mostly families here.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend coming back.

Incredible room, clean, nice balcony. The beach and water were perfect, temps in the low 80's wonderful for hours on the beach. The only complaint about this stay had nothing to do with the room. They were doing maintenance on the entire condo building. It just happened to be that they were working on the rooms right next to us and the work started at 8:00am with very loud noise. This is the last thing you want when on vacation. Suggestion would be to start work later so you don't disturb guest as much. Other than that, we will choose to stay in this unit again. It was lovely.

Made my daughters birthday magical

We booked this condo last minute for a weekend getaway to enjoy the beach for a couple days and take a concert. Everything was perfect from parking without issue using the pool and amenities around and the check in process was wonderful. The property management also reached out to me during my stay to make sure everything was good. I will definitely stay there again. The view was wonderful thank you for sharing your home.

Celebrating retirement and wedding anniversary!!

This was the first time staying at this phoenix location(we stayed at another one last December with our whole family). Love Orange Beach!! This property was amazing. Loved the chairs on the balcony to watch the water. The resort was in a great location. The only 2 things not good was: there was only 1 elevator working but it will be good because they were putting in a newer and larger elevator the only other thing was the hot tub was full of sand. Of course I know it’s from the people not showering before going into the hot tub from the beach but just didn’t seem clean because of that. But we will be back!! Thank you for a great week!!!
