The Space:

Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor requiring guest to walk up a short flights of stairs. There is NO elevator.



Looking for the perfect beach property that has access for your boat? Cotton Bayou 6B condo is in the perfect location, right in the heart of orange beach! Bring your boat! Two-bedroom, two full bath condo! Bed space for a total of 8 guests! The spacious living room features dual balcony access, a flat screen TV, and plenty of natural light, creating an inviting space to relax and unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and a dining table, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a full over queen bunk bed and its own ensuite bathroom. A sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, and the unit provides a washer and dryer for added convenience.



TVs in every bedroom, and a big screen in the living room perfect for movies or the big game. Fiber internet throughout the condo and the complex, even at the pool, that has two big screen TVs and a BYOB bar and grills for gameday!



Private boat ramp on premises and space to park your trailer under the unit, along with 42 first-come, first- serve lighted and powered boat slips makes this condo among the few in the area that allow guests to bring their own boat!



Located a short, 5 min walk from the beach and the new Coastal restaurant and outdoor dining and shopping area!



Close to The Wharf, Flora Bama and all the major attractions in Orange Beach! The perfect condo for the perfect orange beach adventure!

Consisting of only 68 condos Cotton Bayou a low density quiet complex directly across from the public beach access. Cotton Bayou is located in the Terry Cove area, which is in the middle of Orange Beach and public beach access. NO elevator. Cotton Bayou hosts amenities such as BBQ grill, outdoor pool, tennis court, fish cleaning station, boat slip and a boat launch but with boat rules (max 25').



Guest Access:

All guest bringing a boat must complete the digital boat registration form at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in and turn in proof of insurance before using the docks. This form is provided after booking. Do not leave your vehicle and trailer in the launch area. They must be returned to your assigned parking area under your unit. If your trailer will not fit in your parking area it must be taken off site. Our office is about 2 miles from the complex and we have trailer parking for $100/stay. Other options could include temporary storage through a third-party storage lot off cancel Rd.



The Neighborhood:

Cotton Bayou, nestled in a vibrant setting, offers an array of amenities designed for a delightful stay. The centerpiece is the expansive swimming pool area, ideal for both relaxation and fun! The community tiki bar, located conveniently by the pool, provides for a cozy spot for unwinding and socializing with fellow guests. Additionally, for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, charcoal grills are readily available near the pool area, perfect for a casual barbecue under the sun or stars.



Cotton Bayou complex other amenities include first come, first serve boat slips, private boat launch, two (2) assigned covered parking spots, an outdoor pool with entertainment area that has just been renovated with covered dining, bar-b-q grills, two (2) outdoor tv's for watching your favorite SEC games a bar, a tennis court, as well as on-site management. Tennis enthusiast will appreciate the well-maintained tennis courts, adding a touch of activity to your vacation.



Other Things to Note:

🚫NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

🚫DO NOT hang towels from the balcony. This will result in a fine from the HOA.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

🅿️Parking pad is 38 feet long 10 1/2 feet wide, 8 feet tall.

ℹ️ Please note that there will be a boat trailer parked in the assigned parking spot; however, there is still ample space for two additional vehicles.



All guest bringing a boat MUST let us know so we can send a link to register the boat for the complex. Boat registration and insurance is required.

If you wish to bring your boat, the complex will charge $105 for a 7 day pass.

If a renter is staying longer than a week and wishes to use the boat slips then weeks 2-4 will be discounted to $55.00 per week.

If you have renter staying beyond 4 weeks (a long term renter) then they may choose to pay the weekly rate only when they put a boat in the water or they may choose the monthly fee of $210.00 per month.

If they choose the monthly fee route than they must pay that fee for every month they are here whether they are using a boat slip or not.
