Location, beach, pool, splash pad were great as expected. The unit needs an extreme makeover. Views were obscured by the inside of the fogged/smudged non-sealed double panel glass. Cabinets, blinds, washer/dryer, etc. had issues. Place was not clean at all. Fridge needs MAJOR deep clean as well as the master bath. Tub did not drain so you are showering with water over your ankles. Pots, pans, silverware were dirty. Unit came with an assigned covered parking spot close to elevator that was rarely available. Staff was not concerned and simply stated to use someone else’s. Also, we had to walk past a puddle of vomit on the way to the room from day 2 on and it was never cleaned. We made the best of it, but would not recommend this unit.

Very disappointed in the condo. Very outdated, pictures all crooked on wall when entered, mattresses were very poor quality w one not even fitting in right size bed frame, cheap furniture, towels still n dryer when arrived, cookware poor, dryer takes three times to dry clothes, no extra bedlinens, poor host communication, poor water pressure. Most expens I’ve spent on condo and worded one yet.

Great place to stay.

I love staying in the Phoenix’s. My husband and I come to the coast several times a year. The grounds were very clean, the staff very friendly and the condo clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen needed to be stocked better with utensils. Most every other place I’ve stayed, I’ve never had a problem with needing anything in the kitchen to cook. The place didn’t have a fryer, Bowles to store things, or a cutting board. This is important for someone that cooks during their stay.

Not close to advertisement

Outdated, Multiple broken items, kitchen inadequate for cooking, showers did not drain, refrigerator did not cool properly, bedrooms had no decorations and missing blind panel in Master bedroom. Too expensive to stay in such a poorly maintained condo. Pictures did not show the true state of the condo. Great view and great location but needs a lot of work.
