You will love the breathtaking gulf view of this newly constructed modern 1900 square foot, four bedroom, three bath condo on Orange Beach. Located on the east side of a 20-unit condominium with only two units per floor, this unit gives you a gorgeous sunrise view from the private wraparound balcony.

This spacious condo is perfect for large families, with an inviting living room that opens up to the balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch for dolphins before a day at the beach and then ending the day with a peaceful sunset view.

The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with cookware for your stay. For your convenience, this includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area with tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

Perdido Dunes Tower offers many amenities, including a dune walkover to the beach, an outdoor pool, top floor fitness center, private storage for each unit, Wi-Fi throughout the tower and a dedicated parking spot and guest parking.

With a wonderful view of Perdido Pass, fishing at Alabama point, marinas nearby and restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance, this is the perfect location to hear the waves and walk the white, sandy beaches for your next getaway.

What’s not to like about this awesome property? Clean, well maintained, and with an awesome instructed view of the ocean from the living room and main bedroom. Wrap around balcony with nice furniture. Awesome kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Beds and bedding in top condition. Clean bathrooms. Washer and dryer right there. Prompt responses to queries by the owner/property manager. We didn’t find anything to be lacking throughout our stay. Strongly recommend!!

Love this place!

We’ve been going to the gulf for years and were looking for a smaller property. We didn’t want to stay with multiple hundreds of people. This place was perfect! It was quiet, the beach is easily accessible, and we didn’t have those long waits for the elevator to get back to our room. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds and pillows were great, and the gulf view was spectacular. All around wonderful for all in our family who ranged in age from 10 to 85. We will definitely book again!

Great location, fantastic views, close to eating and shopping. Short walk to beach kept everyone happy going back and forth. Condo was spotless and on-site cleaning crew kept area nice. With only two units on a floor, it was very quiet. If there was an issue, at times it was parking. There was dedicated parking, but several times interlopers took your spots. Quick calls to security and they were cleared. Hannah the condo manager was always quick to respond and resolve any issues, kudos to her.

Fabulous Condo!

This unit is clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It has 4 king size beds with a fabulous view of the gulf & inlet and easy and direct access to the beach and rental chairs. The management is quick to respond and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. If a pool is important to you, there is one, but it is small, unshaded, and shared with the older townhomes in front of the condo building. Other than that, the building itself feels private and spacious with only 2 units per floor. We loved it!

Beautiful property

The property was stunning and is decorated tastefully. It is right on the beach and has beautiful views of the beach and pass. We were surprised by a firework display on Saturday night on the beach next door. The unit is very large and had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The property owner was very responsive and easy to accommodate us.
