Upon checkin the ice maker didn’t work, tvs didn’t work, large package in hallway, picture in room closest to door was off the nail and was behind the headboard. The floor had our kids feet black in no time and my granddaughter actually had a fish scale on her foot. The rug under the coffee table had crumbs on it and the patio table had not been cleaned in like a long time. It took me going over it four times with cleaner and paper towels just to be able to sit at the table. Maintenance came and replaced the dish then three of the five tvs worked. One tried to fix the ice maker and put the lever up and it never made ice. Oh and there was a cigarette butt and carnation stem on the patio too. So the whole time there was this smell like a dead rat or something. We looked everywhere and decided the smell was coming out of the sink on the bar. We stuffed a paper towel in it and it helped some. I went and got some odor neutralizer spray and that helped the smell. I washed a load of towels and we went to the beach and when we came back to the room at 9 that night the smell was like raw sewage.i called maintenance and left a message and called security to see what to do. He sent two men up from security who noted the smell and agreed it was coming from that sink. He went and got some Clorox and poured it down the sink and left an open bottle of Clorox under the sink and said maintenance would come. Much more happened but I’m limited to 1500 characters.

Overbooked , too many people around

The condo was nicely furnished. The property and surrounding resort was disappointing. There were cars parked everywhere, even on manicured landscapes , people jammed in. No social distancing in lines , employees not wearing masks , etc .. we have stayed there multiple times in the past , but did not feel comfortable engaging in our regular activities . We left earlier due to this. Was a waste of our money this year.
