Featuring 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises & sunsets over the gulf water...this unit will not disappoint! Comfortably sleeping 6 people, bring the whole family! Enjoy the amenities: outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, & fitness center, and sauna!

The Space:
Welcome to Admirals Quarters 1206!

Upon entering the unit, you will see the first bedroom the right. This room features 2 queen beds, large TV with satellite cable, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with a tub shower combo.

On the left side of the hallway, the king suite features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, TV with satellite cable, and dresser. This room also has directly balcony access!

You will see the laundry room located on the left sided wall with large washer and dryer.

The kitchen features upscale appliances/fixtures, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cooking essentials.

The living room consists of a large couch and 3 chairs for tons of seating! This room has direct access to the balcony and breathtaking beach views!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything inside the unit and private balcony views! Guest will also have access to the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, and beach!!!

1st Time to the Beach in 20 Years

The property was amazing. It was clean and looked just as listed. The booking and check in and out process was very easy. My dad has mobility and breathing issues. This condo accomodated all his needs. We would definitely stay again.
Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025
