Salt Air is a stunning vacation rental located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This beautiful property features 3 spacious bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 and a half bathrooms, and ample living space for up to 10 guests. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet. The home is located just minutes from the beach, and is steps away to Ole River where you will find an assigned boat slip to use during your stay. Don't have a boat, ask us about our favorite boat rentals. Come experience the boat life we have here in Orange Beach, AL. Boat out to the islands and then to one of the local restaurants for lunch. When you arrive back to The Osprey, shower off and jump in the zero entry pool to rinse all the salt water away. Sea No Evil is across the street from the beach, but you will have views of Ole River from your balcony.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
