Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall however exceeded expectations.

Le rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tait vraiment patient et a participĂ© Ă  la rĂ©solution du problĂšme du Ă  une base de donnĂ©es HĂŽtel.com/Expedia erronĂ©e. Service HĂŽtel.com exĂ©crable, il rejette la faute sur l’hĂŽtel ou sur le client alors qu’au final le problĂšme venait de chez eux. Je ne manquerai de laisser un avis Ă  la hauteur de la prestation,autrement dit lamentable. J’aimerais Ă©changer avec un manager d’hĂŽtel.com pour lui dire comment j’ai perduum temps prĂ©cieux et anormalement long tout reparti sur 2 j pour prouver ma bonne foi. J’aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© profiter des installations de l’hĂŽtel et de ce temps libre pour visiter et me reposer. 1 nuitĂ©e payĂ©e 3 fois ( l’espĂšre me faire rembourser les 2 autres nuits. Je suis en attente. Agent virtuel nul, premier agent physique excecrable, menteur et fautes d’orthographe Ă  gogo, donc aussi nu que l’agent virtuel. Heureusement que hier soir bien aprĂšs 33h je sui enfin tombĂ© sur une personne compĂ©tente mais a qui j’ai dĂ» rĂ©pĂ©ter Ă  nouveau toute la problĂ©matique. Un comble lorsque tout est mentionnĂ© sur votre compte Horel.com ! Les nuits elles avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ©s et ceux dans les plus brefs dĂ©lais. HĂŽtel comment par un H comme une Honte
