Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. It’s worth the money. I like it . The room is clean, the decoration of the hotel is beautiful. They have elevator. Located in the heart of Oran It’s very good hotel

Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.

Tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. La chambre Ă©tait propre et la literie est bonne. L'Ă©quipe est trĂšs gentille et bienveillante. Elle fait en sorte que tout le sĂ©jour se passe agrĂ©ablement et rĂ©pond Ă  toutes les questions. Un plat du jour diffĂ©rent est proposĂ© tous les soirs. Le chef accueille tous les clients pour savoir si le repas s'est bien passĂ©. J'ai rarement eu un aussi bon accueil. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix. Et l'emplacement est idĂ©al, proche du tramway et des centres d'intĂ©rĂȘts. Seul bĂ©mol, les rĂ©servations ne sont pas toujours transmis Ă  l'hĂŽtel... Cela n'a pas causĂ© de problĂšme Ă  mon arrivĂ©e car il y avait des chambres de disponible et l'hĂŽtel a l'air d'avoir l'habitude. Ne pas hĂ©sitez Ă  leur tĂ©lĂ©phoner pour confirmer votre rĂ©servation le plus tĂŽt possible pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r.

Les accompagnements, juste ce qu’il faut, mettaient en valeur le plat sans le surcharger. CĂŽtĂ© service, l’équipe a Ă©tĂ© adorable – un accueil chaleureux, des conseils avisĂ©s, et une attention bienveillante tout au long du repas. Les cuisiniers et le personnel ont visiblement Ă  cƓur de partager leur passion, ce qui rend l’expĂ©rience d’autant plus agrĂ©able. Hotel convenable pour séjour affaires économique

Accueil de trÚs bonne qualité. Réservation hotes.com introuvable par la réception. AprÚs 10 mn de vérification, réservation trouvée. HÎtel un peu vieillot, mais propre. Chambre vaste, literie correcte, matelas confortable. Hormis Arte, aucune chaßne européenne ou internationale. Wifi fonctionne correctement. Isolation phonique un peu juste,il faut espérer que les voisins ne soient pas bruyants.Salle de bains propre mais à rénover. Débit d'eau chaude irrégulier. HÎtel convenable pour un voyage d'affaires rapide pour les voyageurs qui cherchent surtout un hÎtel économique et ne sont pas trop regardants sur les standards de qualité.

J'y suis retournĂ© une seconde fois aprĂšs avoir dĂ©jĂ  passĂ© 5 jours et c'est toujours agrĂ©able car le personnel est trĂšs gentil et prend soin du client jusque dans ses recherches ou ses intĂ©rogations. petit dĂ©jeiuner Ă  volontĂ© gratuit ou plutĂŽt dĂ©jĂ  compris dans le prix (cafĂ© jus de fruits pain petits pains croissants confiture beurre gĂąteaux Ɠufs viandes etc .... climatisĂ© un grand hall ou se reposer des chambres spacieuses et propres trĂšs propres. le wifi en prime...

trĂšs bon hĂŽtel accueillant

hotel situé à 5 minutes du port d'oran donc agréable à respirer en été et en face du tramway d'oran. des magasins en face ainsi qu'une pharmacie. il est équipé du wifi de la tv de la climatisation et d'un grand garage en sous sol idéal pour la voiture. (environ 6 voitures). Le personnel est adorable ils sont là pour chaque question ou demande d'aide. les chambres impeccables ne manque rien et s'il manque quelque chose il suffit de le dire pour l'avoir. l'eau du robinet à une odeur difficile à supporter mais on le sait à l'avance. salle de bains équipée et propre idem pour les chambres que j'ai prises car je suis revenu une semaine aprÚs dans une autre chambre. tout est à proximité le centre les commerces les médecins .... prix trÚs abordable surtout si vous payer sur place et ne passez pas par internet. un hÎtel sécurisé et sécurisant dans un coin un peu risqué nous a t on dit d'oran. circulation routiÚre trÚs compliqué en voiture mais c'est leur façon de conduire.

Personnel acueil pas sympathique. Nous a rendu les choses difficiles alors que nous Ă©tions en dĂ©tresse. Nous avons ajoutĂ© une nuit Ă  nous 2 nuits+nous avons ajoutĂ© 2 nuits pour des clients supplementaires . Aucune remise nous a Ă©tĂ© acordĂ©e ! Nous avons payĂ© en euros la nuit supplĂ©mentaire il ne nous a pas fait le change au taux rĂ©gulier il a rĂ©alisĂ© un intĂ©rĂȘt alors que nous Ă©tions en dĂ©tresse. Petit dĂ©jeuner mĂ©diocre. Wi-Fi dans les chambres trĂšs mĂ©diocre. Je ne conseille pas cet hĂŽtel.

HÎtel bien situé à proximité du tramway

SĂ©jour avec mon fils et un ami pour lui montrer l'endroit oĂč il est nĂ© il y a quarante ans (Sidi Bel-Abbes). Tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©.
