Location: Our most private rental property! Located near the Richardson Boat Launch off Wilsons Mills Road. 15 miles to downtown Oquossoc, 21 miles to downtown Rangeley, 29 miles to Saddleback Mountain.

Pet Friendly: This home will welcome one dog to enjoy the property. No cats please!

Snowmobile Access: You ride to the end of the road and there is a trail that connects up to a trail system off the deer mountain stream road. Can go to Aziscohos from there and over to Mooselookmeguntic. Room for 1 trailer to park at the end of the driveway.

FAQs: Please note: the road to the property is narrow! This pond does not have a public launch, but you are welcome to hand carry a small boat down to the water and keep at waterfront during your stay! 2 canoes provided along with life vests and paddles. Renters use their own streaming services on the Smart TV's. Guests may use the gas fireplace in the living room. There is a gas grill and Traeger Wood Pellet Smoker grill (guests may use if they supply their own pellets). Grills are available mid-May through mid-October. There is an on demand generator for power outages. This property does have 1 outdoor camera!
