Modern townhouse in Oppenheim, with good access to Mainz

We are delighted to live in Oppenheim in Rheinhessen and would like to welcome you to this particularly beautiful corner of the world between the Rhine and the vineyards. We moved here many years ago and haven’t wanted to leave since!
We rent out a modern yet cozy semi-detached house featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living area, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower on the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a walk-in closet, another with two single beds that can be used as a children’s room, and a third room with two single beds. The first floor also features a beautiful bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a bathtub. In the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a quiet space to relax.
Our house is located in historic Oppenheim; several shops and a bakery are just a few minutes’ walk away, and a bus stop is nearby. Oppenheim has a train station, from which you can reach Mainz in 20 minutes. Oppenheim’s vaulted cellars and ossuary are famous far beyond the region and are definitely worth a visit. The cities of Mainz and Worms are also just a half-hour drive from Oppenheim and offer additional attractions such as Mainz Cathedral or the Nibelungen Festival in the summer.
