"The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to request again for the room to be cleaned in the evening on my return from exploring the area. Apparently there were no notes on their room system re: the deep clean and so it was not done. The staff did eventually vacuum and clean the sofa....but only the sofa. At this level of accomodation, I had expected much more."

"the place is a calm and beautiful property in Luberon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light and a true sense of privacy. it is an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside setting. breakfast offers a generous spread with lots of fresh options and the Italian restaurant is great."
