The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast. It was awful. I didn’t make any coffee in the room thinking I would get it at breakfast. They need to serve regular coffee, not the fru-fru barista kind.

Room and parking lot were comfortable and clean. Checked in on line arrived 10 minutes after my predicted arrival. Was informed by the desk that my room would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, asked the desk about my room. Informed still not ready. Concerned that we had dinner reservations in 1 hour and both needed to shower before dinner. I pushed for a reason why the room wasn't ready. Front desk told me those that had pre check in had priority. I informed her that I had submitted pre check in. She said " HOLD ON, I FOUND YOUR CHECK IN" . I requested any available room with a shower. Was downgraded to a queen room that was immediately available. Asked to speak to a manager was told they were unavailable until 3days later

Our room was fine, and the staff, overall, was very helpful. However…the shower gel was empty, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the trash was never emptied. I got more shower gel from the front desk, and the clerk brought up another hair dryer when she had an opportunity. A gal did offer us clean towels, but we did not need them. I was charged a $100 pet fee, although the maximum charge is supposed to be $75. La Quinta supposedly credited my account but the credit has not yet appeared on my statement. This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and I must say, this time we were very disappointed.

Everything was great about this hotel. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and treated very well. Anytime we had any questions or needed anything they were very responsive. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only negatives on this property were that the lobby coffee service machine was out of order and the blackout blind ended about an inch from the top letting light stream in. Couldn't darken the room completely. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and good parking. Staff was friendly. Delicious complimentary chocolate chip cookies. As with almost all hotels today, the toilets are extremely low. If you have bad knees, it can be painful. We will most likely stay here again when visiting grandson at Auburn. Good value for the money.

Hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and spacious! Continental breakfast was a good option to stay in! I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! Great for Auburn Gameday! They offer a shuttle for guest from Tiger town which is a great option, however we did not use it!
