On the second floor there are two further apartments, each with a living room, kitchen and dining room, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But that's not all! Each room gives you access to the balcony where you can enjoy the summer atmosphere! On the first floor of the villa between 2 apartments there is also a games room where you can play table tennis, table soccer, billiards and darts so that you never get bored!

This villa is located in a small village Veprinac near Opatija. Only 9 km from the villa is the first beach in Icici and 11 km from the villa is the second closest beach in Opatija. The Kvarner region offers numerous beaches and bays where you can enjoy the natural beauty of this area. During your stay in Kvarner, you must visit the historic town of Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history dates back to the 19th century, when this town became a destination for aristocrats thanks to the Habsburg dynasty. During your stay in Opatija, you must visit Villa Angiolina, which marks the beginning of tourism in the area. Take a walk through the Park of St. Jacob or Park Angiolina, both built in the 19th century. Discover this area through Lungo Mare, a 12 km long and 100 years old promenade along the coast that stretches from Lovran to Voloski.
