Villa Travia consists of 4 charmingly furnished apartments that can accommodate up to 19 people - the perfect choice for large groups who still want to enjoy peace and privacy during their stay.

The spacious property features a large pool with enchanting views of the sea. The outdoor area also offers a barbecue and a dining table where you can enjoy your vacation with family and friends.

The interior consists of 4 apartments. On the first floor there are two smaller apartments, each consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room as well as 1 bedroom and a bathroom. These apartments also offer direct access to the terrace with pool. On the second floor there are two further apartments, each with a living room, kitchen and dining room, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But that's not all! This villa is located in a small village Veprinac near Opatija. Only 9 km from the villa is the first beach in Icici and 11 km from the villa is the second closest beach in Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia, whose history dates back to the 19th century, when this town became a destination for aristocrats thanks to the Habsburg dynasty. Take a walk through the Park of St. Jacob or Park Angiolina, both built in the 19th century. Schönes Haus mit insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten, tollem Pool und einem "Spielzimmer" mit Kicker, Dartscheibe und Billiardtisch. Da das Haus in den Bergen liegt, ist die Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, der Ausblick auf die ganze Bucht ist aber dafür fantastisch und man kann ihn von den verschiedenen Terassen genießen. Die Vermieter sind total nett, engagiert und kümmern sich bei Problemen oder allgemeinen Fragen. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein und die Betten waren z.T. sehr weich, zudem haben die Doppelbetten eine gemeinsame Decke. Alles war aber sauber und gepflegt.

Sorry- kann leider keine 5 Sterne vergeben. Das Haus entsprach zwar total den Erwartungen bezüglich Grösse und Beschreibung auf der Webseite und auch der Vermieter war total nett und Hilfsbereit - Allerdings wirken die Räumlichkeiten speziell die kleinen Badezimmer in den grösseren Wohnungen ziemlich altmodisch/abgewohnt und zusammengebastelt - und auch die Elektrik - speziell die eine oder andere Steckdose waren nicht so - dass da der Fachmann Sorglos schlafen kann ( waren nicht mehr richtig in der Wand befestigt - Stecker ein und ausstecken war schon sehr mit Vorsicht zu erledigen. - und bei einer Wohnzimmerstehlampe fehlt am Schalter überhaupt die Abdeckung - oioioi). Schade auch, dass es anscheinend in Kroatien nicht üblich ist Insektenschutz am Fenster zu montieren - was natürlich im Laufe der Zeit zu unendlich vielen Spuren von erschlagenen Tieren an den Wänden führt. Hätte mich auch gefreut, wenn zumindest Fliegenklatschen im Hause zur Ausstattung gehören würden - oder wenn auch eine Schublade mit Reserveglühbirnen/Kerzen usw. was ansonsten so halt gebraucht werden kann vorhanden wäre. Den Punktabzug bezüglich der Zufahrt zum Haus von einem früheren Mieter kann ich bestätigen - muss man selber "erfahren" haben - glaubt man sonst nicht. Wie gesagt - nichts Weltbewegendes - aber viele "Kleinigkeiten" welche einfach dafür sorgen, dass es KEINE 5 Sterne Bewertung von mir gibt. Ansonsten tolles Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht.
