Good service, good breakfast, but there was cigarette smoke smell in back entrance, the back entrance door was left unlocked, the luggage cart was an antique. Our room was very clean but this, that, and the other in decor. It desperately needs an upgrade! We wonder if Ontario is going through a crisis as they have even closed a Starbucks since the last time we’ve been there.

Pretty Good Room

Was put in a large room. Super clean. Beds slightly broke down but comfortable enough. Shower was made for disabled people. There was hardly any lip and the water went everywhere.

The hotel has a lot of untapped potential thanks to its location but unfortunately, it is let down by poor management. The building is old everything needs updating. Cleanliness is lacking, with common areas and rooms in need of a thorough refresh. With proper upkeep, better cleaning standards, and more attentive management, this place could be a true gem.

Our room was nice and clean! The bed was kind of average. It wasn’t as comfortable as it looked. Pillows honestly sucked. Breakfast was average. The spacing in our room was very weird. The sink was in a tight spot. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a night.
