Total Renovation, brand new construction throughout. These studios are the perfect mix of functional small space, contemporary decor and distance to all that Oneonta has to offer. Under 1 mile to All-Star Village, walkable to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to both colleges.

Each unit has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner electric range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Each studio has a Queen sized bed and a SmartTV in the living area. There is a full bathroom with a shower.Wall-mounted mini-splits provide both cool/heat for each studio; your space has its own temperature control.

A shared laundry room is available for guest use in the lower level.

Easy, enjoyable stay!

Booking was easy and the location is incredibly convenient (about 2-3 minutes to the ASV parking lot). Neighbors during my stay were mindful of noise though you can definitely hear their comings and goings. This didn’t bother me but may be something to consider if you’d be staying with a baby or small child on a sleep schedule. I was so grateful for the laundry access on site and the cold ac! I would 100% recommend for affordability, convenience, and cleanliness.

Great Place to Stay - So Close to ASV!

Having never been to the area, we were apprehensive about where to stay and finally landed on this property for my 10yo son and I. My older son and husband were staying on property at ASV for our week at ASV. I feel like we got so lucky with this spot. We had travelled for a week prior to arriving in Oneonta and had some laundry that needed to be done. They had 3 sets of washers and dryers on site. The room was well furnished and had everything we needed (and more). It was a great place to relax after a long day at the ball field. Nothing but great things to say about the rental and the manager!

Perfect for Two

Our studio was updated, clean, and less than 1/2 a mile from ASV. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we watched our kiddo play baseball. We had a great experience.
