Given that my children are currently on vacation and I occasionally work in Norwich, I have decided to reside with my family for a few days each week. Our recent stay at the Red Roof Inn in Norwich, NY was satisfactory. The accommodations were clean, the staff demonstrated professionalism, and the location proved to be convenient. While the hotel offers a basic level of service, it provides a comfortable environment and represents a good value proposition. I consistently select Red Roof for our lodging needs in Norwich.

This was a family trip for an overnight graduation. The reservation clerk was very helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean we had a suite room nice and large the only negative is the smell in the hallway it smelled like old wet carpet but other than that I will stay here again

Everything was fine with our stay, but not sure I would stay in another Red Roof Inn. Hotels. Com says it serves breakfast, but on the Red Roof website it says a "Grab and Go" breakfast. This ended up being granola bars, prepackaged muffins and sweets, and juice. That was disappointing.

Wasn't the staff fault elevator broke and book people for the 3rd floor don't cut it/grab n go breakfast bran muffin is a turn off/wi-fi couldn't find an I-P address so that effected the TV constantly buffering + laptop access
