Asked for first floor room due to walking problem and given an accessible room close to handicapped parking. Bathroom had a terrific shower with lots of handrails. Only negative was that new rugs would be nice.

I did not feel like I was getting what I paid for. There was no clean towels. I was told that they couldn’t be washed because there were people checking out the next day. Got hung up on when I called because I was upset that the fact that. When u reached out to make a complaint to maybe just receive more than two towels so I can take three showers being there three days. Most hotels have enough towels for their customers, especially when the hotel is empty.

Breakfast was included but there wasn’t anything there. At 9 am were out of sausage and what was left of the eggs looked like they were super dry. The cheapest yogurt possible and overflowing trash cans with 2 people working it. Otherwise room was fine. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Front desk guy pleasant. A friend stayed with her dog same night and said they were accommodating.
