"We had such a lovely stay here, and the house was actually a lot bigger than I thought, with an extra seating area and 2nd TV closer to the kitchen -great for keeping the cook company! A whole wall of windows and sliding doors affords you a great view of the lake even if the weather outside is too brisk to go hang out on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals of any complexity -there was even a mixer and a blender. The upstairs bedroom is above the kitchen/dining area so no worrying about noise filtering to the downstairs bedrooms; it'd be great for kids or someone who likes to get up way earlier than the rest. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our family tremendously enjoyed our stay in this lovely lakeside home. Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. "We go to Oneida lake every year to ice fish, the fishing conditions were, by far unfavorable due to the unseasonable weather conditions and we had to bring boats. Everything about this property was top of the line, the house was by far the most fully furnished property we have ever stayed at. The very spacious well equipped kitchen accommodated our culinary needs and the large island was a focal point of several fish stories. There was plenty of parking for our pickup trucks with boat trailers and the other trucks not pulling trailers. Our group all gave thumbs up on returning to stay at this house again, ice or no ice."

"We stayed here during our Fall Break. We had come from a family wedding in NYC and my high schooler wanted to do a tour of Syracuse University. This was the perfect spot. Close to university and very relaxing after the rush of the city. I enjoyed waking up and watching the fish jump and the birds flying. The weather was not cooperative and we did not get outside much, but we did enjoy walking out on the dock."

"The Bernhards Bay Manor Barn was very comfortable. The addition of the Manor House provided us the room we needed for our large extended family. The barn and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Our host was friendly and very gracious. We will stay at the Manor Barn again next time we're in the Oneida Lake area."
