お部屋も綺麗で、宿泊者専用の無料ラウンジもあり度々利用していますが今回部屋が寒くエアコンを入れましたがまだ暖房に切り替えていないとのことでした。仕方なく上着を着てしのぎました。　寒暖差、季節の変わり目と言う事もありますが早めの対応をお願いしたいです。

フロントの対応もよかったです。 宿泊税の200円をキャッシュレスで支払うのですが、車にSuicaを置いてきてしまい、焦っていたら丁寧に対応してもらいました。
