Guy at the desk was rude as ever, didn’t stay there because he refused to let me and still can’t received money back yet. Expedia is just as guilty about not returning my money for the stay that I paid for and was refused by travelInn, would not recommend this motel or this booking site to anyone and will never use it again since it’s obvious they are willing to steal customers money and not refund it when it’s due back.

First, if this is an OYO hotel, it’s not displayed anywhere. I walked in to the front lobby to find a shouting match between two truck drivers and the entire family that owned the hotel over the truck drivers not having a reservation. I checked in, got to my room and found the door had been kicked in several times and repaired with duct tape. My room smelled of sickly sweet body spray, and between the numerous stains and holes in the walls there was graffiti left by multiple previous tenants. I slept in my clothes because I was afraid to touch the bedding, and if I hadn’t been driving for eight hours prior I’d have canceled this stay when I saw the room.

Room was clean, however the amenities were poor. The refrigerator was wobbling due to a missing elevating leveler, the cable TV channels on the TV went out, and the smoke detector was removed exposing the wires.

Toilet was not clean. Door only had a little latch to lock it. No smoke detector. Holes in walls and doors. The doors on drawers would not shut appropriately. Remote for tv worked so so. Area is very sketchy. It looked like a bunch of rooms may be being renovated, but this place needs so much work, it’s probably cheaper to demo the whole building and start over.

Any time I stay here, I consistently have a pleasant experience. The front desk gentlemen are always polite and have never hesitated to provide me with anything I may need. My car is always safe in the parking lot and not one person has made me feel unsafe. Always affordable as well. 10/10 will stay here again.
