Nearby there is great dining, shopping, the Old Market, Little Italy, and so much more. The historic home is in beautiful shape and is very comfortable making it perfect for family gatherings.

The Space
Main floor: 2 bedrooms containing one king and one queen bed, full bath (new shower and washer/dryer), living room with cable (sports and premium channels+ Netflix), dining room, full kitchen, and a pool table room.

Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms containing king beds, 1 smaller bedroom containing a double bed, full bath (short shower), and workspace.

The kitchen has all the basics needed for a lovely home-cooked meal, including a Keurig and French press coffee options.

The main floor is the gem, with the gaming room, dining room, and living room making it oh so spacious. **The pool table room features a mural of downtown Omaha painted by our local artist, with the guest in mind**


As much as we adore the house, the location is what makes this home so special.
