This hotel is so run down. I booked because it was near the airport. There was chewed food on the stairs as went up to my room. I was told the elevator was broken, when I later read other reviews, I discovered it's been broken for awhile and they haven't bothered to get it fixed. I wa going to suck it up and stay, but the TV was also not working and I read a review from a coupke weeks prior about bed bugs. I checked my room and it was clean, but I couldn't unsee that review. The owner/manager really hadn't taken the time to properly address that review either which didn't sit right with me. I actually booked another hotel, called an Uber and dropped my keys at the desk. Lost money, but kept my soul.

Terrible. I flew in to Omaha at midnight, exhausted after a long day of traveling. I just wanted to rest. Unfortunately I had to leave immediately, it hadn’t been longer than 2 hours since I had checked into the room. Not long after I laid down, I saw a bug crawling on me. It was a bed bug. I jumped out of the bed IMMEDIATELY. Only to find Another bed bug crawling on the pillow I was laying on. I had squished one of the bed bugs with a tissue and blood splattered into the tissue. That’s how I knew. I captured the other bug in a plastic cup with water. I took both dead and alive bugs to the front desk for proof. I also took pictures for proof. I asked for a refund, but was unable to get one, because the employee didn’t have the Authority to do so. Only the manager is authorized. She took down my information, and said the manager will reach out to me. It’s been 3 days and I have not heard back. I’ve also tried reaching out but no one has been any help. Traumatizing situation.

Close to downtown Omaha but in a quiet area. The gentleman and the front desk was very kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Everything worked well in our room. Overall a very good stay for the price. Would stay again.

Bed itself was comfortable. There were a couple stains on the comforter and the mattress cover. The towels had spots that were worn and frayed. But for $100, but $5/day to park, + shuttle to and from airport, I would do it again. It’s got what you need.

The lady who checked us in seemed nice but very hard to understand. Her English wasn’t real clear. The Expedia site said service dogs exempt from fees. I told her one of my dogs was a service dog. She said I had 2 dogs and charged me for both. I explained this to her again and yet she charged me. Totally not cool. Our door kept beeping non stop every time someone would leave the room, There is a shampoo holder but it was empty. I brought my own but as I was washing my hair I lifted up my arm and hit it and but a small gouged in my arm and it happened again to my other arm as I was rinsing my hair. Big safety issue. People were smoking outside both doors to get onto the hotel. There really needs to be an area away from the doors where smokers can go.

Good room and stay.

Room next door was noisy but that is just luck of the draw I think. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Shower tap was messed up and I could not get a cool shower, Easter was way too hot for me. Fine for my wife.
