Simple, clean, and comfortable

I like the overall vibe of this motel. Everything is designed to create an atmosphere of calm. The setup of the double room is nice with beds on separate sides of the room, providing more privacy, and there are two TVs. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. The building appears to be older with some updating to create the esthetic. Although near a busy intersection it is quiet inside. No pool or gym, but they do offer inexpensive car parking that we took advantage of during our trip out of state, staying on the property the night before our flight and the night of our return.

Very convenient for using airport-shuttle services. Could not use air conditioner as it was extremely loud/growly.---We didn't check in til almost midnight with an early rise in am, so instead of requesting a room change, we chose to just report it in the morning.

This hotel lets you leave your car in their parking lot for a daily fee. I was unsure of my return date, so the clerk told me it would be no problem to refund if I came back early. Well... I came back a couple days early and I also discovered that in her calculations, she had charged me for the nights I was already staying there. So an overage of 4 nights. Do you think I could get this refunded?! I talked to 3 people, 2 of them in person, and called the following day. Always an excuse and empty promises. I've stayed there over several years, but I won't stay there again! Their dishonesty cost them a loyal customer.

I booked a double room, the hotel and we showed a single room. They said they couldn’t fix it and I just needed to call the hotels.com after midnight and by the way, there is no elevator to the second floor.

Weird Experience

The bed sheets were very wrinkled, and the person working behind the desk barely spoke English and was acting very weird... he didn't want me to put my card in the chip reader so he could swipe it. was sketched out to say the least
