Disliked: Cleanliness
We didn’t receive the house we had originally booked and the hosts suggested the new one would be as good as the original. It clearly wasn’t. The house smelled horribly like cigarette smoke when we arrived. One of the beds was broken and we could not use it so had to book a hotel room for one of the couples. The bath tub didn’t have a stopper so we could not bathe the baby. And then the heat broke and we had to sleep in a house that was 50 degrees, including two children (one a baby). It took the entire day to get the heat back up, and we could not be in the house for that entire day until the home had warmed up sufficiently, around 8pm. Truly terrible stay.
