Private one bedroom apartment in small apartment building of five units. One off street parking space available. Street frontage does not allow overnight parking. Please maintain privacy of other apartment units including their patio spaces. I am available via the Airbnb messaging platform and for urgent matters via phone. Check in via easy, contactless, door code. Please note the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, no main living area access for those staying in the living room sofa sleeper. The bathroom does not have a door to close but is down and around a hallway. TV uses “guest mode” allowing you to log into your favorite streaming services. The tv will ask for your checkout date and automatically log you out of all streaming services that day.
