Our entire trip to Omaha was planned around this hotel - that's how much we love it! The room is luxurious & comfortable, we LOVE the food & drinks at Burdock + Bitters and their staff are attentive, courteous, and remembered us when we came back to eat there a second time! This was our 2nd stay here, I just booked our 3rd for January 2026... we'll never stay anywhere else in Omaha!

Perfect hotel for all downtown happenings

Hotel is perfect! This was my first time staying at this Marriott hotel and I could not be happier. Great location for all downtown activities. Amazing steakhouse attached (j.Gilberts), Starbucks right outside. The woman working at the front desk was an absolute GEM! I believe her name was Malik’s (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Will certainly be returning.

Shuttle in the evening dropped us off at a venue 3 min drive from the hotel and told us to call when we were ready for pickup. Very nice driver. Shuttles ran until midnight. We called at 945 and the rude male who answered the phone told me that they would not be picking us up until 1030. I said that was ok. He then proceeded to say actually we cannot pick you up because there are too many other pickups. And hung up. We had to walk back to the hotel at 1030pm. When we got back all the shuttles were sitting at the hotel.
