The welcome drink was a nice touch and the games area provided hours of cell phone free family with our teen. Can't put a price on that! The room setup, with the twin bunk over the queen was awesome for providing parents and daughter with a little privacy and the staff wass great! Will definitely seek out Moxi hotels in our future travels!

There is a lot to like about Moxy: amazing location, fun lobby, complimentary self-serve luggage storage and clean facilities. The only downsides are that the rooms are quite small--if you mind that--and the heating unit was rather loud.

Noise from the street all night long anooying. The person above us had there tv so loud you could hear it through the vent in the bathroom and so therfore could clearly hear it from the bed and over our own tv. The bed and pillows were cheap and very uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night and was unable to get much rest. Overall the hotel is in a nice spot and is nicely themed. The other amenities were nice as well and provided an welcome and fun atmosphere.

The shower was unsafe. The floor was so VERY slippery that I fell in the shower, pulling a muscle in my leg & a lump on my knee. And bruising on my hand. And there was no safety bar to hang on to for support. I did speak with the manager and he said he would file an accident report. I was encouraged to send an email to Marrriot corporate, but have not done that yet. Everything else went ok. Staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean.
